I just want to let everyone know that if you comment on this blog, you can leave a link to your own blog and get backlink credit from Google. My blog also has the Comment Love or is it Comment Luv plugin, so the last post from your blog will appear with your comment. So, comment, comment, comment! Make sure that you are leaving useful comments and/or questions and not just “great job,” “great blog,” etc. In other words, do not spam this blog. I do moderate all comments.
P.S. I plan on adding the Keyword Love plugin, too.

I really like the idea of comment luv since it is a way to return the web back to being a collaboratives place. I think when you first put up your site you are excited and feel like your content will take over the world then you quickly realize that the only way to keep up there in search rankings is by building relationships with other webmasters.
I say this because no matter how great your content many will not link to you in fear of what types of practices you maybe involved in on the web or they just do not want to bleed their own page rank without getting anything in return.

Encouraging commenting is the purpose of allowing dofollow links.
What should be stopped is the constant spammers of the blog just to gain Google juice or for link building.
There must be some other way of stopping spammers other than a nofollow.

This is a great tool for bloggers…all thou it gets difficult to find such blogs that have keywordluv or commentluv enabled. I installed this on my blog and I ended up getting a lot more spam then I wanted. But it is a great way to generate backlinks!
Would you agree that the great majority of commenters take the time to comment only because the are taking advantage of backlinking? If so, are they not actually spamming in a way?
CommentLuv is a nice plugin which generates benefit for the commenters – for sure. But I think it is a way to make the links in a blog more transparent (the same for keywordLuv)
I just realized that CommentLuv seams not to work. Is it related to a new Wordpress Version?

the idea of comment luv is very nice since it is a trick to return the web site’s latest post on the comment. which makes people who are intrested on my post they can easily visit my blog for more.

Thank you so much I have been looking for a do follow blog for the longest time now and I can’t seem to find a decent one in travel. One tip to you guys is that you can download add ons to firefox called “no dofollow”. you can track which site is a do follow. Again thanks for this site

Thanks a lot it is hard work finding do follow these days, there is a plugin for fire fox that tells you the follow tag it is a lot easier than viewing the source code

You must already have your own blog. You get what’s called a backlink, which means that Google will see that you are connected to my blog and that can increase your status in Google (how high you appear in Google’s search list when people type your keywords). My blog won’t do it alone. You need a lot of backlinks to raise your status.
Really now a days it is in market with the help of it you get more traffic & regular commentator but also you get spammers.

I have already installed dofollow and comment luv myself with askimet to filter spam on my blog. It works very well and am really satisfied.
I think this is a great idea. I’ve been considering installing the Comment Luv plugn for a while now. It seems to have helped you considerably, as well as those who leave comments.

Great work done buddy! I have seen huge benefits of do-follow blog over no-folllow ones. Yes, this is true as comments in blog posts do get indexed and they help you to get some traffic as well.
Even with comments you can get huge number of conversations and this is how you get traffic through references as well.
I love your blog and its design and do have read many posts in your blog and even bookmarked your blog in my delicious account so that i can read more posts in future!

great plugins. They do encourage people to leave comments and increase readership. But the problem is getting quality comments as well as going through each comment to weed out those spammy ones. I suppose you will always have to take the good with the bad and make the best out of it.

Nice post. By the way, some blogs claim they are dofollow but when checking, I find some of them aren’t. One way to accurately check if a blog is really a dofollow is by using a nodofollow firefox add on which is free. Just simply turn it on and you’ll see if the links are dofollow.
